LYMA Power Circle: Terms and conditions


Welcome to the LYMA Power Circle by LYMA Life (“LYMA Life”, “we”, “us”, “our”). The program is designed to reward our loyal members (“customers”, “members”, “you”, “your”) with exclusive content, benefits and offers. LYMA product means Supplement, Skincare, Mist & Glide, Laser, Laser PRO.

By participating in the LYMA Power Circle Program you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“terms”)
which govern your membership in the Program.


ELIGIBILITY

1. Membership in the Program is open to individuals who are at least 18 years of age or the age of
the majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is older.

2. The Program is open to customers in all territories which LYMA currently delivers products, or has an authorized reseller. Benefits are subject to availability based on locale.


ENROLLMENT


1. All customers will be auto-enrolled onto the programme after purchasing any item from the LYMA
website including a Membership Authenticity Card or any eligible Product Starter Kit including a
Membership Authenticity Card from an authorized reseller


2. Membership is personal to you and cannot be transferred or assigned. Each member must
maintain only one account Tier

STRUCTURE AND BENEFITS

1. The Program offers various tiers, each with its own set of benefits.

2. Your tier status is based on both the recency of your purchase and the product purchased.

3. The tier status will always be shown in your member area of the ‘my account’ section on the LYMA Life website.

4. Your tier status is recalculated with each purchase, excluding returns and cancellations.

5. Benefits may include free shipping, early access to products, exclusive gifts, exclusive communications, and more. All benefits are subject to availability and may vary by region.

6. All customers enter tier 1 (copper) after their first eligible purchase from the LYMA.Life website or
through an authorized reseller.

7. To be upgraded to Tier 2 (silver) customers must have an active subscription or have purchased
a product with a defined time usage, eg a 90 day Supplement Starter Kit or 90 day Supplement Refill Pack, within the time usage dictated by the product. The customer will be eligible for the duration of their product time duration. For avoidance of doubt a 40ml or 50ml skincare item (Mist,
Glide, Serum, Cream) has a time duration of 30 days.

8. To unlock Tier 3 (gold), customers must be within an active product holding duration of over 180
days, or have been a subscriber to any LYMA product for more than 6 subscriber delivery cycles.

9. To unlock Tier 4 (platinum), customers must be within an active product holding duration of over
360 days, or have been a subscriber to any LYMA product for more than 12 subscriber delivery
cycles.

10. LYMA product means Supplements, Skincare, Mist & Glide, Laser, Laser PRO.

11. Active product holding duration excludes subscription pauses and skips.

12. During duration of subscription pauses and skips members in Tier 2 (silver) will be placed in Tier
1 (copper).

13. During duration of pauses and skips members in Tier 3 (gold) and Tier 4 (platinum) will remain in
the tier for the duration of the pause or skip to access exclusive member content and offers, but complimentary gifts will be suspended until the customer reactivates their subscription. Members on extended pause or skip may be downgraded to Tier 1 until their subscription is reactivated at the discretion of LYMA Life.

14. Customers will have a 14 day grace period after their tier allocation expires. Free gifts will not be available to claim during the grace period.

15. Subscribers will remain in their allocated member Tier while they have an active subscription. Subscribers will have a 14 day grace period after their subscription becomes inactive, for example due to pause, skip, cancel or failed billing. Free gifts will not be available to claim during the grace period.

16. For customers who have more than one product, the product with the longest subscription tenure,
or active product holding, will be the one used to determine Tier status.

17. If a member has purchased 1 product and in the event this product is returned, or refunded, or
cancelled, the member will lose access to LYMA Power Circle.

18. If a member has purchased more than 1 product and a product is returned, or refunded, or cancelled, but the member does not return, refund or cancel at least 1 product, the member will keep access to LYMA Power Circle based on their active subscription or active product holding.

19. Free shipping applies to LYMA Life standard shipping methods only and does not apply to any
authorized resellers.

20. Membership rewards are not transferable or exchangeable for a cash alternative or discount on
any Lyma products or services at LYMA Life or any authorized resellers.

21. Free gifts will be offered to members based on their Tier status and can be claimed from the
LYMA Power Circle Member portal to be added to the member’s next purchase delivery or subscription delivery.

22. Members will receive an email / SMS / WhatsApp message to remind you to log in to your
account and claim your gift

23. Ability to claim free gifts is based on the member giving LYMA Life consent to contact through
email / SMS / WhatsApp communication.

24. LYMA Life is not responsible for member’s failing to claim any gifts of benefits within the time limits communicated.

GIFT A GIFT BENEFIT


1. Members may be offered a Gift a Gift code which will be for one time use only and will expire after 30 days.

2. The ‘Gift a Gift benefit must be ordered through the LYMA Life website by the receiver of the gift
code

3. The Gift a Gift benefit will only be valid to use for the receiver’s first order with LYMA

4. The Gift a Gift benefit can only be gifted to persons over 18 years old or the age of the majority in
their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is older.

5. The Gift a Gift benefit code must not be shared beyond the person who it has been gifted to, for
example on Whatsapp or Social Media.

6. The Gift a Gift benefit code cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or promo codes.

7. In the event a customer who has redeemed a Gift a Gift benefit code cancels their order (in accordance with the terms and conditions of purchase), the code awarded to the Referring Customer will become invalid and no replacement code will be provided

8. Gift a Gift benefit codes cannot be claimed by Referrers

TIER REVIEW AND RESET


1. Your tier status will be reviewed regularly. Any movement of tier status will be communicated to
members by email.


2. In the event of a tier downgrade, members will be notified 14 days in advance and given the opportunity to retain their tier status by activating a subscription or making a purchase.


ACCOUNT ACTIVITY AND TERMINATION


1. Inactive accounts or accounts with fraudulent activity, as determined by LYMA Life in its sole
discretion, may be terminated or suspended.


2. Any misuse of the program will result in disqualification from the program


3. The program is only open to individual members (customers not businesses or groups).


4. We reserve the right to close accounts, for any reason. If we close an account the account holder
will forfeit the benefits they have received to that date.


CHANGE TO THE TERM


1. LYMA reserves the right to cancel the program or change the terms and conditions at any time

2. LYMA will from time to time review the program tiers and customer placements to ensure that our most loyal returning customers are being rewarded. LYMA can move customers across Tiers at
our discretion and LYMA can remove and add tiers at our convenience.


LIMITATION OF LIABILITY


1. LYMA will not be held responsible for errors, omissions, malfunctions, interruptions, corruption,
deletions, delays or failures of operations or the software providing this programme. We may amend these terms and conditions from time to time and will endeavour to communicate any changes by email to all active members of LYMA Power Circle.
