These Laser PRO Buy Back Program terms and conditions are in addition to and do not affect, the LYMA Life Returns Policy, terms and conditions of business, or your statutory rights.

1. How does the LYMA Laser PRO Buy Back Program work?
   1. With the LYMA Laser PRO Buy Back Program, we will give selected eligible buyers the chance to upgrade their LYMA Laser to a LYMA Laser PRO when the LYMA Laser PRO launches in USA or Canada.
   2. When the LYMA Laser PRO launches in the USA or Canada (date dependent on FDA Clearance for this new product. Customers can confirm when the product launches by signing up to the US LYMA Laser PRO waiting list) LYMA Life will buy back LYMA Lasers which meet the eligibility criteria in return for a credit to their LYMA Life member account. This credit can be used as part purchase on the LYMA Laser PRO within a specific time period.
   3. The LYMA Laser PRO Buy Back Program will run from the official LYMA Laser PRO launch date for 4 weeks, after this window the program will cease.
2. Eligibility to participate criteria
   1. LYMA Laser PRO Buy Back Program is open to those who purchase their LYMA Laser from the LYMA Life website between 12 September 2024 and 29 September 2024 and have been invited to participate in the program by email.
   2. The LYMA Laser PRO Buy Back Program eligibility is linked to the email address that the invitation to participate in the program was sent.
   3. The LYMA Laser PRO Buy Back Program does not apply to LYMA Lasers bought before the start date of the programme.
   4. The LYMA Laser PRO Buy Back Program does not apply to LYMA Lasers bought from any reseller.
   5. Only LYMA Lasers paid for and processed on the LYMA Life website during the specific time period (stated in point 2.a.) are eligible for inclusion.
   6. The LYMA Laser PRO Buy Back Program is only open for customers who reside in US and Canada and purchased their LYMA Laser for delivery to US or Canada addresses
3. How to return your LYMA Laser to participate in the Laser PRO Buy Back Program
   1. Once the LYMA Laser PRO has launched in the US or Canada you will be eligible to return your LYMA Laser for a credit to your account to be used against the purchase of a LYMA Laser PRO on the LYMA website.
   2. Contact LYMA Concierge (concierge@lyma.life) who will arrange for your LYMA Laser to be collected (please retain the original packaging of your LYMA Laser to ensure that is packaged safely.
   3. LYMA Concierge will advise at this point if you are not eligible for the programme
   4. Once your LYMA Laser has been returned LYMA Concierge will check it’s serial number to ensure it is the same item sold during the eligibility window.
4. How credit will be applied to your account
   1. Once your LYMA Laser is received by LYMA it will be evaluated that it is returned in full working order and Is eligible for credit.
   2. All LYMA Lasers returned are subject to a physical inspection of the product by a LYMA Life expert.
   3. Your LYMA member account will be credited with the full amount paid to LYMA for the LYMA Laser, this amount will exclude any GST, import taxes and or additional taxes paid. If you would like confirmation of this before placing an order for your LYMA Laser please contact LYMA Concierge who will be able to give you an estimate.
   4. Your credit will be available to spend on a purchase of a LYMA Laser PRO within a specific time period specified.
   5. You will be notified by email that your account has been credited and the date and time that the credit will expire.
5. Your LYMA Laser PRO
   1. The LYMA Laser PRO is not currently available for sale in the US or Canada and its availability for customers in the US or Canada is dependent on its eventual clearance by the FDA (Food & Drug Administration). LYMA will not be held responsible for any delay in the launch of the LYMA Laser PRO and the implementation of this Buy Back Program due to delays in the process of gaining regulatory approval to launch into the US or Canada.
   2. Your warranty for the LYMA Laser will cease when you return the item. You will receive a new warranty for your LYMA Laser PRO
   3. Your consumer rights with regards to your LYMA Laser PRO are not affected by using your LYMA Laser credit.
