This supplement has far reaching benefits! I originally started taking it to improve my skin, but realized other subtle changes were occurring. My gums stopped bleeding at routine cleaning appointments and I no longer get any type of headache. Will be taking it for the rest of my life.

Been taking the supplement for 2 months now - and feel amazing - less stressed ..energetic ..and I look more vibrant too - had many compliments saying I look younger and after just turning 50 who doesn’t want to hear that ?? So I’d say magic in a copper vessel!! Just wish I could afford the laser to see if that would make even more of a difference .. a girl can dream :)

I love the beautiful looking containers that Lyma have produced and their refills that magically arrive on time are a great idea. It’s easy to put them on hold when you get a bit of a back log too. Love that.
