This returns policy applies to products bought directly from our website. If you have purchased products from anywhere else then please contact them directly. We are happy to refund or exchange any product returned within 14 days of purchase, if returned in its original state, unused and in original packaging with the hygiene seal unbroken.

All orders placed between 8 November 2024 and 24 December 2024 will have an extended returns window until 14 January 2025 for Starter Kits as we understand that Starter Kits may be purchased as gifts. This extended warranty period does not apply to any refill items. Starter Kits must be returned in its original state, unused and in original packaging with the hygiene seal unbroken.
