When will I receive my results, and how are they explained to me?

Once your blood sample has been received by Lola Health's accredited laboratory, results are typically available within four working days. They are delivered directly through the Lola Health app in a clear, easy-to-navigate format, and can also be downloaded as a PDF. Crucially, every result is reviewed by a qualified doctor, who provides a personalised report translating your 70 biomarker results into specific, actionable insights and recommendations. The LYMA concierge team, Professor Paul Clayton and Dr Graeme Glass will also be available to support you in understanding how your results relate to your LYMA protocol and where adjustments may be beneficial.
