Take all four Supplement capsules morning or evening, whenever suits you best.
Use the Power Youth Mist & Mask with your LYMA Laser/Laser PRO: Mist first, then Mask to create a smooth surface for the Laser to glide over, and remove any excess afterwards.
Laser daily when best fits your schedule. On its own, use the Power Youth Mask as a mask two to three times a week.
