LYMA Lift T&Cs

1. General 

1.1. These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to all facial treatment services provided by LYMA ("We," "Us," or "Our”) at LYMA HQ (Edison House). By booking and receiving a treatment, you ("Client" or "You") agree to these Terms. 

1.2. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. The latest version will be available on our website

2. Appointments and Payments 

2.1. Appointments can be booked online only. Confirmation of the appointment will be sent via email or text. 

2.2. Payments are due at the time of booking the appointment via credit/debit cards, as displayed on our website. 

2.3. LYMA LIFT is a 90-minute treatment that includes the use of two LYMA Laser or LYMA Laser PROs, LYMA Oxygen Mist and Glide and LYMA Skincare.

2.4 LYMA LIFT facial costs £450 (GBP). This cost is redeemable against the purchase of a LYMA Laser or Laser PRO. ONLY valid for 7 (seven-days) from the date of facial, customers will receive a code by email to allow them to make a purchase on lyma.life and receive £450 credit against their subsequent purchase (within the specified time period).

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling 

3.1. We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide this notice may result in a cancellation fee of 100% of the treatment price, every effort will be made to reschedule appointments at a more suitable time.

3.2. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late for an appointment may be required to reschedule and may incur a late cancellation fee, or the treatment time may be curtailed. Please arrive 15 minutes before your treatment time.

4. Client Responsibilities 

4.1. You must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, skin sensitivities, or ongoing treatments that may affect the facial treatment. Failure to provide accurate information may result in adverse effects, for which We will not be held responsible. 

4.2. LYMA LIFT treatment cannot be used on areas associated with the following medical conditions: tumours, overactive thyroid, fungal skin infections, implanted pacemaker or melanoma. You must disclose any of these concerns on the face, neck, and decolletage to Our specialist before the treatment. Failure to provide accurate information may result in adverse effects, for which We will not be held responsible. 

4.3. You are advised to follow the aftercare instructions provided by Our specialists to achieve the best results and avoid complications.

5. Treatment Results 

5.1. Results of facial treatments may vary depending on individual skin types, conditions, and adherence to post-treatment guidelines. 

5.2. We do not guarantee specific outcomes and will not be held liable for dissatisfaction due to unrealistic expectations.

6. Liability 

6.1. All treatments are performed by a trained professional following industry standards. However, We are not responsible for adverse reactions caused by undisclosed medical conditions or failure to follow aftercare instructions. 

6.2. In the unlikely event of negligence on Our part, Our liability is limited to the cost of the treatment.

7. Refunds 

7.1. Refunds are not offered for completed services. If You are dissatisfied with the service, please notify Us immediately, and We will make reasonable efforts to address Your concerns.

8. Privacy Policy 

8.1. We respect Your privacy and are committed to protecting Your personal data. Information collected during bookings and treatments will be handled in accordance with Our Privacy Policy, available on Our website.

9. Age Requirement 

9.1. Clients must be 18 years or older to take part in the LYMA Lift.

10. Governing Law 

10.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Your Jurisdiction].
