Do the other products in the System work without the LYMA Laser?

Yes. Each product within the LYMA Youth System is designed to be used independently as part of a considered daily routine.

The LYMA Supplement can be taken on its own to support areas such as sleep, stress balance, skin vitality and menopause transition. The Power Youth Mist & Mask also work on their own: use the Mist AM and PM, and the Mask two to three times a week as a mask. They are engineered to amplify the remarkable results of the LYMA Laser.

When used together, the products are intended to complement one another - combining the foundational support of the Supplement with the hydrating benefits of the Power Youth Mist & Mask, and the precision of laser technology, for a more comprehensive approach.

For the full system experience, we recommend using all components consistently.
