The World's Most EffectiveTurmeric Extract
HydroCurc® 600mg
What is Turmeric good for?
Curcumin, extracted from turmeric root, is considered by many physiologists to be the ultimate compound for cellular benefit, studied as both a powerful anti inflammatory and antioxidant for its ability to contribute to positive wellbeing.
Why most turmeric supplements don’t work
Most curcumin extracts found on the supplement market are ‘lipid carrier’-based, as curcumin has poor solubility and must be bound to fat to be absorbed effectively. However, using these lipid carriers typically means the extract is dominated by the fat component rather than the active curcumin extract. In a 500mg dosage of many popular curcumin supplements, only 115mg of that will actually be curcuminoids.
What makes HydroCurcR different?
HydroCurcR is the world’s first 100% cold water dispersed turmeric extract. It uses the game-changing LipiSperseR technology which allows the curcumin to become water soluble, making it the most bioavailable form of curcumin extract available today. LipiSperse accounts for only 15% of the ingredient structure, meaning that HydroCurc delivers four times more curcuminoids (does it contain other curcuminoids other than curcumin?) than other brands – a minimum of 540mg of curcumin from the 600mg daily dose.
Turmeric has been used in India for thousands of years as a medicinal herb
Curcumin is the main active ingredient of turmeric, it is considered to have powerful anti inflammatory effects and antioxidant properties
HydroCurc® is enhanced with LipiSperse® technology which gives it game changing bioavailability benefits

Termeric root
Turmeric is a placebo. It's deemed to be poorly bioavailable and is difficult to get effective doses to deliver health benefits in its original form.
HydroCurc® utilises a state of the art and novel delivery system known as Lipisperse®. This revolutionary technology is able to increase the surface area of lipophilic particles in aqueous solution which makes it perfect for enhancing the bioavailability of curcumin.

Your Questions About HydroCurc® And Curcumin
The clinically proven dosage of curcumin to be effective is a daily intake of 600mg. This is the dosage included in The LYMA Supplement.
The best way to take turmeric is to choose a highly bioavailable form such as HydroCurc® which uses the patented Lipisperse® technology. This technology makes the root extract highly concentrated and bioavailable. A total daily dose of 600mg, split between the mornings and evenings during mealtimes achieves for optimal results.
Turmeric benefits the body straight away but as it works on a cellular level, it may take around four weeks for you to realise the effects.
There are very few side effects to supplementing with turmeric or HydroCurc®. However, we recommend you seek advice from your doctor if you are undergoing treatment or have any underlying health condition.
Choosing a patented, proven curcumin supplement renowned for its bioavailability such asHydroCurc®is the only way to guarantee benefits.
Turmeric root is a natural source of curcumin that can be incorporated into curries, smoothies or grated into rice. However, the health benefits of consuming turmeric in this way are largely unfounded and the body’s absorption is minimal. This is the reason why LYMA has chosen to include HydroCurc® to its formula, the world’s most effective turmeric extract.
Whether raw or in supplement form, it is advisable to take turmeric with a meal since curcumin absorption increases slightly when paired with healthy fats. Evidence suggests that taking turmeric with healthy fats such as avocados, oils, nuts and seeds can improve its absorption rate because curcumin dissolves in fat rather than water.
There is much misinformation about taking complimentary ingredients to aid turmeric absorption. Cayenne pepper, honey and ginger are not proven to help activate turmeric in any way. There is evidence to suggest that piperine, the active compound in black pepper, can increase the body’s absorption of turmeric by preventing it from being so readily disposed of in the digestive system but where proved, the rate is only nominally improved.
