What is the Oxford scale of happiness?
The Oxford Happiness Inventory as it’s known was devised as a broad measure of personal happiness. This was mainly used for in-house use in the Department of Experimental Psychology of the University of Oxford in the late 1980’s. Since this time a more compacted version has been adopted - The Oxford Happiness Questionnaire. We recommend assessing your degree of happiness before the outset of your LYMA experience. Try this at three months into your journey and again at six months to truly appreciate how this product is performing.
