Customers will receive a 30 minute bespoke consultation on how to use the LYMA Laser for their specific skin needs. Consultations will be conducted on phone or video call at a time to suit the customer.
LYMA will take all reasonable measures to book consultations at a time to suit the customer within normal working hours 9am to 5.30pm BST, Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holiday Periods.

Customers should claim their complimentary LYMA Laser Consultation within 28 days of purchase, those LYMA will take all reasonable measures to plan consultations after this period has elapsed.
