The World's Most Effective Turmeric Extract

100% Cold Water Dispersed Turmeric Extract: HydroCurc® 600mg

The anti inflammatory and antioxidant ingredient lauded for centuries. Now in a state of the art delivery system

What Is Turmeric Good For?

Curcumin, extracted from turmeric root, is considered by many physiologists to be the ultimate compound for cellular benefit, studied as both a powerful anti inflammatory and antioxidant for its ability to contribute to positive wellbeing.

Why Do Most Turmeric Supplements Not Work? But HydroCurc® Does

Most curcumin extracts found on the supplement market are 'lipid carrier' based, this is a fat solution to house the curcumins in a way the body can absorb them. However, these lipid carriers mean most of the extract is made of the fat carrier, rather than the active curcumins themselves. In a 500mg dosage of other popular curcumin extracts, only 115mg of that will actually be curcumin.

What Is the Best Turmeric Supplement?

HydroCurc® is the world's first 100% cold water dispersed turmeric extract. It uses the game changing LipiSperse® technology, which allows the curcumins to be dispersed in water, which makes it the most bioavailable form of curcumin extract available today.

Which Curcumin Is Best Absorbed?

The shelves are flooded with turmeric extracts, but LYMA's version delivers the most amount of curcumins in a form your body can actually absorb. The LipiSperse® technology is a special delivery carrier that only accounts for 15% of the ingredient structure, meaning that HydroCurc® delivers four times more curcuminoids than other brands: a minimum of 540mg of curcuminoids from the 600mg daily dose.

Your Questions About HydroCurc® And Curcumin

How much curcumin should I take daily?

The clinically proven dosage of curcumin to be effective is a daily intake of 600mg. This is the dosage included in The LYMA Supplement.

How to take turmeric for inflammation?

The best way to take turmeric is to choose a highly bioavailable form such as HydroCurc® which uses the patented Lipisperse® technology. This technology makes the root extract highly concentrated and bioavailable. A total daily dose of 600mg, split between the mornings and evenings during mealtimes achieves for optimal results.

How long does it take for turmeric to work?

Turmeric benefits the body straight away but as it works on a cellular level, it may take around four weeks for you to realise the effects.

What are the side effects of turmeric?

There are very few side effects to supplementing with turmeric or HydroCurc®. However, we recommend you seek advice from your doctor if you are undergoing treatment or have any underlying health condition.

Is it safe to take curcumin supplements such as HydroCurc®?

Choosing a patented, proven curcumin supplement renowned for its bioavailability such as HydroCurc® is the only way to guarantee benefits.

What food products contain curcumin?

Turmeric root is a natural source of curcumin that can be incorporated into curries, smoothies or grated into rice. However, the health benefits of consuming turmeric in this way are largely unfounded and the body’s absorption is minimal. This is the reason why LYMA has chosen to include HydroCurc® to its formula, the world’s most effective turmeric extract.

Should I take turmeric on an empty stomach?

Whether raw or in supplement form, it is advisable to take turmeric with a meal since curcumin absorption increases slightly when paired with healthy fats. Evidence suggests that taking turmeric with healthy fats such as avocados, oils, nuts and seeds can improve its absorption rate because curcumin dissolves in fat rather than water.

What activates turmeric?

There is much misinformation about taking complimentary ingredients to aid turmeric absorption. Cayenne pepper, honey and ginger are not proven to help activate turmeric in any way. There is evidence to suggest that piperine, the active compound in black pepper, can increase the body’s absorption of turmeric by preventing it from being so readily disposed of in the digestive system but where proved, the rate is only nominally improved.
