Fresh from a celebrated launch in New York, LYMA brought its Global Lecture Series to Dallas, hosting a skin-science masterclass at the renowned Joanna Czech Studio.
Led by Joanna Czech, famed aesthetician to the likes of Jennifer Aniston and Kim Kardashian, the lecture featured in-depth insights from LYMA founder Lucy Goff and Dr. Graeme Glass; a leading reconstructive surgeon and clinical authority on regenerative medicine.

The LYMA Lecture series aims to educate, clarify, and disrupt - particularly around the outdated assumptions that still shape the beauty industry.
Myth-Busting: Inflammation ≠ Transformation
One of the most powerful takeaways from the lecture? That skin damage is not a prerequisite for skin regeneration.
“For too long, our industry has equated results with trauma,” said Dr. Glass. “Chemical peels, microneedling, fractional lasers - they all rely on wounding the skin to stimulate collagen. LYMA proves there’s another way.”
The LYMA Laser uses 808nm near-infrared cold laser light that penetrates deep into the dermis without heat or damage, re-energizing cells and triggering natural collagen synthesis from within.
As Joanna Czech explained to the audience:
“I’ve spent three decades undoing the effects of over-treatment. LYMA is the first device I’ve seen that delivers real transformation without compromising the skin barrier. It’s changing the way we think about what’s possible.”
What Makes LYMA Different
The lecture clearly differentiated LYMA from both LED masks and ablative lasers:
- LYMA Laser, in contrast, is monochromatic, coherent, and polarized, delivering light 40x deeper into the skin - without scatter or heat.
- Traditional in-clinic lasers stimulate only Type I collagen through trauma. LYMA’s cold laser technology activates Type III collagen, known as “baby collagen,” which plays a critical role in restoring elasticity, hydration, and cellular communication - essential for youthful, resilient skin.
“We’re not just improving texture,”
said Dr. Glass.
“We’re improving structure. This is foundational skin regeneration, not surface-level correction.”
Joanna Czech on the LYMA Laser PRO
Joanna Czech described the LYMA Laser PRO as a game-changer in both her treatments and her philosophy.

“The LYMA Laser PRO is a quantum leap forward for skin. It’s the only device I trust to stimulate deep collagen without disrupting the skin’s integrity. In my studio, it’s become a cornerstone of long-term skin health.”
Now Available in Dallas
Following the lecture, LYMA announced that its full system - including the LYMA Laser, LYMA Supplement, and LYMA Skincare - is now available:
- In treatments at Joanna Czech’s Dallas studio
- At Neiman Marcus Dallas, where customers can explore the system in person

“Dallas is one of the most advanced beauty markets in the U.S.,” said Lucy Goff. “We’re proud to bring LYMA to a city that values real science and real results.”
The LYMA Lecture series continues its mission: to shift the beauty industry away from damage-based treatments and into the new era of skin optimization - where science leads, healing is non-invasive and collagen is redefined.
