LYMA Menopause competition Terms and conditions

1. Introduction

 

1.1. The competition will be conducted by Lyma Life Limited, a company incorporated in England and Wales with registered number 10613047 whose registered office is at Edison House, 223-231 Old Marylebone Road, London, United Kingdom, NW1 5QT

1.2. By entering the Competition, participants (“Participants”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

 

2. Eligibility

 

2.1. The Competition is open to residents of UK, USA, Canada, Australia who are 18- years of age or older.

2.2. Employees, agents, and affiliates of the Organizer, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.

3. Entry Period

3.1. Competition deadline: October 31, 2024 23:59

3.2. Competition winner will be announced: November 30, 2024.

 

4. How to Enter

4.1. To enter the Competition, Participants must sign up to the LYMA newsletter at this link: https://lyma.life/pages/lyma-competition   to have their name entered into the prize draw.

 

5. Prizes

5.1. The prizes for the Competition are as follows:

12 months supply of LYMA Serum (50ml) & Cream (50ml Duo

360 days of the LYMA Supplement

12 months supply of LYMA Mist (40ml) & Glide (50ml)

5.2. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternatives are available.

5.2. Prize must be claimed in writing to concierge@lyma.life by the prize winner by November 14 2024

 

6. Winner Selection and Notification

6.1. Winners will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period.

6.2. Winners will be notified by email within 7-days after the end of the Entry Period.

6.3. If a winner does not respond within 7-days of the notification, the Organizer reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

 

7. Publicity

7.1. By entering the Competition, Participants agree to the use of their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation

8. Data Protection

8.1. Personal data provided by Participants will be used by the Organizer for the purposes of administering the Competition and in accordance with the Organizer’s privacy policy https://lyma.life/policies/privacy-policy

 

9. General Conditions

9.1. The Organizer reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Competition or these Terms at any time, without prior notice, for any reason.

9.2. The Organizer’s decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to the Competition.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1. The Organizer accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury, or disappointment incurred or suffered by Participants as a result of entering the Competition or accepting the prize.

11. Governing Law

11.1. The Competition and these Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [jurisdiction].
