The Power Women Series: Bobbi Brown

Lucy Goff Hosts Groundbreaking Conversation with Bobbi Brown, 68.

Revealing the Beauty Secrets Behind Real Confidence and Timeless Skin.

Keeping it Real

LYMA founder Lucy Goff recently sat down with iconic beauty entrepreneur Bobbi Brown for the debut of the LYMA Power Women series - an intimate conversation uncovering the rituals, routines, and tools that fuel the success of trailblazing women. At 68, Brown remains a defining figure in the beauty industry, known for her philosophy of enhancing natural beauty rather than masking it.

“I just always believe that people should be and look like themselves.”

- Bobbi Brown

On Authentic Beauty

Bobbi Brown is candid about why she’s not a fan of altering faces:

“It’s amazing what plastic surgery can do, but why change the shape or size of your lips because someone else has fuller lips? It’s not necessarily going to look right on you. I see women who have had cheek implants or other procedures, and something looks wrong. I take care of my skin with devices like the LYMA Laser.”

Daily Movement as a Superpower

Brown credits her daily exercise routine as her true secret:

“By moving my body like a younger person, my mind works like a younger person. I hang out with my team in their twenties and we go to class together. I don’t feel like their mother, I feel like we’re equal.”

She balances weights, Pilates, walking, and the occasional dance routine, proving that energy and vitality are cultivated, not inherited.

Real Women, Real Role Models

On the topic of beauty icons, Brown is clear:

“Real beauty is the women I see on the street or in the store. They’re real. They’re not spending six hours in the gym, two hours with a make-up artist, or getting a blowout every day. That’s what I relate to.”

Her approach to makeup is equally authentic:

“Makeup is there to make you look better, not worse. A lot of traditional makeup isn’t flattering on women of a certain age. With Jones Road, I created products that instantly make you look better, so you feel better-and that confidence is powerful.”

The Power Women Series

Commenting on the series, Lucy Goff says:

“At LYMA, we believe power is about more than achievement-it’s about the daily choices and rituals that allow women to show up as their best selves. The women we feature aren’t just icons in their industries; they are architects of new standards of success. I’m honoured to begin this journey with Bobbi, someone who epitomises authenticity, creativity, and trailblazing leadership.”

Future episodes will feature Eva Alexandridis, Joanna Czech, and Huma Abedin, with a new conversation dropping each week during September. Each episode explores the mindset, practices, and tools that sustain performance and resilience, anchored by LYMA’s core belief that advanced technology can transform modern wellbeing.

LYMA Laser: A Power Tool of Empowerment

Widely regarded as a breakthrough in at-home skin technology, the LYMA Laser is integrated into the daily routines of pioneering women like Brown. Beyond enhancing skin tone and texture, it helps women feel empowered, confident, and in control.

“Confidence comes from feeling strong, capable, and comfortable in your own skin.”

- Lucy Goff

The LYMA Laser is more than a skincare device - it’s a power tool for women who lead, create, and inspire.
