Complimentary Refill Offer – Terms & Conditions
1. The Offer
The LYMA 30-Day Supplement Challenge complimentary refill offer (the “Offer”) is available to eligible customers who sign up for a recurring subscription to LYMA Supplement (30-day supply) and successfully complete the Challenge in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
The Offer is valid from 26th December 2025 to 31st January 2026, while supplies last. LYMA Life Inc. (“LYMA”) reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Offer at any time.
2. Eligibility
To participate, customers must:
be legal residents of the United States;
be at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of enrollment; and
enroll in a LYMA Supplement (30-day) subscription during the Offer period.
Void where prohibited by law. Employees, contractors, officers, and directors of LYMA and its affiliates are not eligible.
3. Complimentary Refill Entitlement
Eligible participants who successfully complete the Challenge will receive one (1) complimentary 30-day LYMA Supplement refill, applied automatically to their next scheduled subscription order at no charge (excluding applicable taxes and shipping, if any).
The complimentary refill applies only to the LYMA Supplement product included in the participant’s active subscription and does not extend to any additional products added to the order. The Offer is available to customers starting a new subscription as part of the 30 Day Challenge.
4. Challenge Completion Requirements
To qualify for the complimentary refill, participants must:
a) maintain an active LYMA Supplement subscription for a minimum of three (3) consecutive months (three delivery cycles after initial Starter Kit delivery), including the 30-day Challenge period;
b) complete both:
a pre-Challenge questionnaire; and
a post-Challenge questionnaire provided on or around Day 30; and
c) follow the recommended daily usage of four (4) LYMA Supplement capsules per day for the duration of the 30-day Challenge.
Failure to satisfy any of these requirements will result in disqualification from the Offer.
Questionnaire responses are intended solely for self-assessment and internal analysis purposes. They do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or health assessment services.
5. Verification
LYMA reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to verify eligibility and Challenge completion prior to applying the complimentary refill. LYMA’s decisions are final and binding.
6. Limitations
Limit one (1) complimentary refill per customer.
The Offer has no cash value and is not transferable or exchangeable.
The Offer may not be combined with other discounts, promotions, or subscription incentives unless expressly stated.
Cancellation, suspension, or modification of the subscription prior to completion of the required three-month period voids eligibility.
7. No Medical Claims
The LYMA Supplement is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Individual results may vary. Participation in the Challenge does not guarantee any specific health outcome. Participants with an existing health condition should seek medical advice before starting any new supplementation routine.
8. Modification or Termination
LYMA reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Offer at any time without notice. Any complimentary refill already issued will not be affected.
