The LYMA Supplement can be incorporated separately as part of your wider wellbeing routine. The Youth System brings these elements together as a complementary inside-out approach to skin longevity, but each product can be used independently depending on your preference.
Yes. Each product within the LYMA Youth System is designed to be used independently as part of a daily routine.
The LYMA Supplement can be taken on its own as part of your broader wellbeing approach. The Power Youth Mist & Mask also work on their own: use the Mist AM and PM, and the Mask two to three times a week as a mask. They are engineered to amplify the remarkable results of the LYMA Laser.
The system itself has been developed as a complete protocol, with each element designed to complement the others. However, the products can be incorporated individually depending on your preference.

The LYMA Laser PRO on its own is £4,995 - the only at-home device with published evidence. The LYMA PRO Youth System includes the LYMA Laser PRO plus the LYMA Supplement, full LYMA Power Youth Skincare Duo and Power Youth Mist & Mask, worth over £6,000 purchased separately.
