These Powerful Tips Will Transform your 2025

Words of wisdom from LYMA Founder Lucy Goff.

Tips for Living Your Best Life:

January 1st is the time to put you first.

You can’t pour from an empty vessel. This is the year you rediscover your power. Start the year with the mindset that self-care isn’t selfish; it’s essential. Prioritize your physical and mental health as the foundation for everything else in your life.

If you want different, choose different.

Accept only the best for yourself, and actively seek the best solutions and experiences life has to offer. Raise your standards and be intentional about your choices, from health solutions to the way you spend your time. This is the year to break old patterns and invest in what truly works. You’re never too old, and it’s never too late. Believe in yourself.

Become your own belief system.

I started LYMA at 43. When no one else believes in you, believe in yourself. Remember, it’s your journey and your timing. Trust in your potential, and don’t let age or external doubt stop you from making transformative changes.

You’re not your age. You are your energy.

How you feel, the way you show up, and the energy you bring to life matters far more than a number.

Forgive your old self.

You’ve grown, you’ve learned, you’ve changed. Let go of judgment and move forward with grace.

Where you are is not who you are.

Your current circumstances don’t define you. Your potential and the effort you’re putting in today are what truly matter.

The biggest rewards usually come from having the guts and perseverance to create your own path.

It’s not always easy, but the courage to follow your dreams will pay off. You only live once—make it count.

Pay compliments, don’t expect them.

Kind words can brighten someone’s day and cost you nothing. Do it freely, but don’t rely on others for validation.

Long-term consistency beats short-term intensity.

Slow progress is still progress. Keep showing up, even on the hard days - your effort will compound over time.
