All orders ship free of charge. All duties and taxes are paid for by LYMA, meaning the price you pay at checkout is the final price of your product. Estimated delivery times are based on buisness days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on the next working day (Monday, provided it is not a public holiday).

Returns

This returns policy applies to products bought directly from our website. If you have purchased products from anywhere else then please contact them directly. We are happy to refund or exchange any product returned within 14 days of purchase, if returned in its original state, unused and in original packaging with the hygiene seal unbroken.
