Everyone who purchases an item from LYMA automatically becomes a member of the LYMA Power Circle.
There are different tiers within The Power Circle with different benefits including access to concierge for bespoke advice and consultations, exclusive masterclass content, access to LYMA Move fitness programme and gifts. There are four tiers of membership based on how long you’ve been a subscriber to any LYMA product.
There are four membership tiers, which tier you are in is based on how recently and frequently you have purchased items from LYMA, and if you are a subscriber.
You can confirm your current tier and how you can move up to the next tier in your ‘Rewards’ section in ‘My account’.
As a member of The LYMA Power Circle, if you are a subscriber and are in an eligible tier, you can choose to receive gifts on your birthday or other celebrations. In order to claim these gifts you will need to receive marketing emails, and have an active subscription. We’ll email you birthday wishes and confirm how you can claim your gift. These gifts could be a LYMA product or an exclusive free LYMA collab gift or an experience.

By becoming a member of The LYMA Power Circle, you agree that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by the Program Terms and Conditions.
We never want to send any item that our members do not wish to receive, therefore you can claim the items you’d like to receive in your Account. These free products or samples that you you choose to receive are non-returnable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Sign-in to your Account, and you’ll see an option to ‘Refer a friend’. Click on the link and you’ll see how you can refer a friend to LYMA.
If you cancel an order, return a product or cancel or pause your subscription your tiering may change, and you may lose access to some benefits. You will be notified of any changes by email.
The LYMA Power Circle Tier benefits are based on how recently you purchased a product and if you have a subscription to any LYMA product. If you change your subscription, or haven’t bought a product recently you may move to the tier below and may love access to some benefits. We’ll email you and let you know if you are moving tiers.
