​To effectively use the LYMA Skincare, follow these concise steps:​

1. Perform a double cleanse to thoroughly remove impurities, ensuring optimal absorption of active ingredients. Optionally, spritz LYMA Oxygen Mist after cleansing to prepare the skin.​

2. Dispense 4-6 pumps of LYMA Serum onto your fingertips, rub them together, and gently massage into your face, neck, and décolletage using circular motions for even coverage. A slight medicinal scent is normal due to the high concentration of actives.​

3. Once the serum is fully absorbed, apply 4-6 pumps of LYMA Cream. Massage gently into the same areas. A temporary white film may appear, indicating the formula is active.

4. Allow the cream to penetrate for one full minute. Then, use gentle circular motions to massage any remaining product into the skin until fully absorbed, preventing transfer onto clothing.​

Whilst there is no need to use other skincare products to counter all eight mechanisms of skin aging the LYMA Skincare addresses, if you are partial to a particular face oil, we recommend using over the top of LYMA Skincare as a final stage to your skincare regime. If you are using an SPF, we recommend using a chemical SPF and not a mineral zinc or titanium dioxide based formula. This is to avoid pilling.

There is no need to use additional retinol, vitamin C or peptide products as these ingredients are included in LYMA Skincare, all in non irritant form. As with all of our products, consistency is key in order to attain optimal results
