Complimentary Refill Offer – Terms & Conditions

1. The Offer

The LYMA 30-Day Supplement Challenge complimentary refill offer (the “Offer”) is available to eligible customers who sign up for a recurring subscription to LYMA Supplement (30-day supply) and successfully complete the Challenge in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

The Offer is available from 26th December.2025 to 31st January 2026. LYMA Life Limited (“LYMA”) reserves the right to withdraw or amend the Offer at any time.

2. Eligibility

Participants must:

be aged eighteen (18) years or over;

be residents of the United Kingdom or European Union; and

subscribe to LYMA Supplement (30-day) during the Offer period.

Employees of LYMA and its affiliated companies are excluded.

3. Complimentary Refill Entitlement

Eligible participants who successfully complete the Challenge will receive one (1) complimentary 30-day LYMA Supplement refill, applied automatically to their next scheduled subscription delivery at no additional cost.

The complimentary refill will be limited to the subscribed supplement product only and will not apply to additional items added to the order. The Offer is available to customers starting a new subscription as part of the 30 Day Challenge.

4. Challenge Completion Requirements

To qualify for the complimentary refill, participants must:

a) maintain an active LYMA Supplement subscription for a minimum of three (3) consecutive months, including the 30-day Challenge period;

b) complete:

a pre-Challenge baseline questionnaire; and

a post-Challenge questionnaire provided on or around Day 30; and

c) follow the recommended daily intake of four (4) capsules per day for the duration of the Challenge.

Failure to meet any requirement will result in loss of eligibility.

5. Data Protection & GDPR

By participating in the Challenge, participants consent to LYMA processing their questionnaire responses and related personal data for the purposes of:

administering the Challenge;

verifying eligibility and Challenge completion;

analysing aggregated and anonymised Challenge outcomes; and

improving LYMA products and services.

Personal data will be processed in accordance with the UK GDPR, EU GDPR, and LYMA’s Privacy Policy.

Participants may withdraw consent at any time; however, withdrawal of consent before Challenge completion may result in forfeiture of the Offer.

6. Verification

LYMA reserves the right to verify subscription status and questionnaire completion prior to issuing the complimentary refill. LYMA’s decision shall be final.

7. Limitations

Limit one (1) complimentary refill per participant.

The complimentary refill is non-transferable, non-refundable, and has no cash alternative.

The Offer cannot be combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated.

Cancelling or pausing the subscription before the required three-month period ends will void eligibility.

8. Modification or Termination

LYMA reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Offer at any time. Any complimentary refill already credited will not be affected.

9. General

Participation in the Challenge constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and LYMA’s standard subscription and website terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
