The LYMA App is your personal skincare companion designed to help you maximise your LYMA experience. The app helps you track treatments, monitor progress through AI-powered skin analysis, receive personalised routines, and stay consistent with daily reminders; all in one place.

The LYMA App is available for download on the Apple App Store (for iOS devices) . Search for "LYMA LiFE," tap "Install" or "Get," and follow the on-screen instructions to create your account or activate your membership.

The app is free to download and use for LYMA Members. If you don’t already have a LYMA Account you can  activate your membership using your LYMA Member ID and verify your purchase location during setup.

The LYMA App is compatible with iOS devices running iOS 16.0 or later. For the best experience, keep your device's operating system up to date.

No, the app is designed for the LYMA Laser, LYMA Laser PRO and LYMA Supplement owners. During setup, you'll select which LYMA products you own and can optionally register your device serial number.

When you first open the LYMA App, tap "Create Account", enter your email address and provide the details requested. You'll receive a verification email. Enter the code on the email in the LYMA App  to confirm your account. Once verified, you will be asked to enter your LYMA Member ID to complete the set up. If you already have a LYMA account from a previous purchase, you can use those same credentials to log in.

Yes, you can log in from any compatible device (smartphone or tablet) and access your profile, treatment history, and preferences seamlessly across all platforms.

Open the LYMA App and tap the profile icon at the bottom right of the screen to update your personal information.

After completing each Laser session and/or taking your LYMA Supplements, tap the circle next to the Routine on the Home Screen or use the Mark As Complete button at the bottom of the Routine page.

Yes. During setup, you'll complete a skin profile questionnaire where you can select your skin tone as well as your primary concerns (such as wrinkles, pigmentation, blemishes or sagging). Based on your responses, the app will suggest targeted treatment protocols, recommended session durations, and complementary skincare tips tailored to your goals.

During your initial profile setup, the app will automatically create reminder schedules based on the LYMA products you own. If you have LYMA Supplements, you can set up daily reminders by navigating to "Your Routines" and tapping the "Supplements". Tap the three dots in the top-right corner and select "Edit Routine." From here, you can choose whether you want to take all 4 capsules in one go once a day or split them into 2 capsules twice a day. Simply edit the time at which you want to take them and the app will send a reminder at your chosen times. You can edit or turn off these reminders at any time in your routine settings.

During setup, you'll answer questions about your skin tone, how long you've been using LYMA products, skin goals (preventative ageing, targeted areas or specific concerns), other treatments you've tried, home treatments you use, and skincare brands you pair with LYMA. Based on your responses, the app creates a tailored treatment protocol optimised for your specific needs.

Take a front-facing photo with open eyes, neutral expression, no makeup and good lighting. LYMA AI will analyse your skin across 12 key metrics and provide scores with detailed descriptions.

The app tracks: breakouts, dark circles, eye age, eye puffiness, ITA (skin tone uniformity), lines (fine, deep, marionette, nasolabial), perceived age, pigmentation (sun spots, melasma, hyperpigmentation), pores, rosy skin, irritation and sagging.

LYMA AI is trained on over 3 million real skin photos and validated by dermatologists, ensuring high accuracy across all skin types and tones.

Scan every 2-4 weeks in consistent lighting conditions, at the same time of day, and with the same angle for accurate progress tracking.

LYMA AI detects subclinical inflammation and cellular changes not visible to the naked eye. Scores reflect your current skin state and will improve with consistent device use.

Improvements often occur at the cellular level first. Changes can take 12+ weeks to reflect in scores as the laser works deep within the dermis. Continue consistent use.

Yes. The app saves your complete skin analysis history so you can track progress, view score trends, and compare before-and-after photos over time.

Ensure daily use with proper technique, review your skincare routine for interfering actives, take consistent photos, remember deep concerns take longer to respond, and book a consultation with our Concierge Team for personalised protocol review if needed.

Yes. Hydration, sleep, sun exposure, stress, hormones, and time of day can temporarily influence scores. Focus on long-term trends rather than daily fluctuations.

First, try these troubleshooting steps:

  1. Force close the app and reopen it
  2. Restart your device
  3. Check that you're running the latest version of the app (update via App Store)
  4. Ensure your device's operating system is up to date
  5. Clear the app cache 

If the problem persists, uninstall and reinstall the app. Your data is saved to your account, so you won't lose your progress. If you're still experiencing issues, contact concierge@lyma.life with details about your device model and operating system.

If you're unable to log in:

  • Verify you're using the correct email and password
  • Check your internet connection (Wi-Fi or mobile data)
  • Ensure the app has permission to access the internet (check device settings)
  • Try resetting your password using the "Forgot Password?" link

If the issue continues, there may be a temporary server issue. Wait a few minutes and try again, or contact our Concierge Team for assistance.

The app will usually notify you when an update is available. You can also manually check for updates:

  • iOS: Open the App Store, tap your profile icon, scroll to find LYMA LIFE, and tap "Update" if available

We recommend enabling automatic updates in your device settings to ensure you always have access to the latest features and improvements.

Slow performance can often be resolved by:

  • Closing other apps running in the background
  • Restarting your device
  • Freeing up storage space (the app needs at least 500MB of available space, especially if you're storing progress photos)
  • Updating to the latest app version
  • Checking your internet connection speed

If performance issues persist on an older device, you may be experiencing hardware limitations. Contact support for device-specific guidance.

Ensure: high-resolution portrait photo, open eyes, neutral expression, no accessories, clear skin with no makeup, good even lighting, and front-facing angle. Check camera permissions in device settings.

The LYMA App collects:

  • Account information (name, email, password)
  • Device registration details (serial number, purchase date)
  • Treatment logs and progress photos (stored securely in your account)
  • Skin profile information (concerns, goals, preferences)
  • Usage analytics (to improve app performance and user experience)

Yes. We take data security seriously. Your information is encrypted both in transit and at rest, stored on secure servers, and accessible only to you through your password-protected account. We comply with GDPR and other applicable data protection regulations. Progress photos and treatment logs are private and visible only to you unless you choose to share them within the community features.

Yes. If you wish to delete your account, navigate to Settings > Account > Delete Account. You'll be asked to confirm your decision. Once deleted, all your personal data, treatment history and progress photos will be permanently removed from our servers within 30 days. This action cannot be undone. If you'd prefer to temporarily deactivate your account instead, please contact concierge@lyma.life.
