LYMA x Lola - Complimentary Blood Test Offer

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern LYMA Ltd.'s promotional offer of a complimentary Lola Health test kit with qualifying purchases made in the United Kingdom (the "Offer"). By purchasing a qualifying LYMA product or redeeming this Offer, you agree to these Terms.

1. Offer Overview

LYMA Ltd. ("LYMA," "we," "us," or "our") is offering eligible purchasers of certain qualifying LYMA products a complimentary Lola Health test kit (the "Complimentary Kit") as part of a promotional offer.

The Complimentary Kit is a promotional item bundled with a qualifying LYMA purchase and is provided only in connection with that purchase. Participation in the Offer is subject to these Terms, including eligibility requirements and the return, cancellation, and refund provisions set out below.

2. Qualifying Purchases

The following qualifying LYMA products include the following Complimentary Kits:

One (1) Complimentary Kit is available per qualifying order only.

The specific Complimentary Kit included is determined solely by the qualifying LYMA product purchased and may not be substituted, exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for cash.

3. Eligibility

To be eligible for this Offer you must:

Purchase a qualifying LYMA product directly from LYMA's official website.
Be a legal resident of the United Kingdom.
Be at least 18 years of age at the time of purchase.
Complete the purchase and receive a LYMA order confirmation.
Ship orders to an address in the United Kingdom.

This Offer applies only to new purchases of qualifying LYMA products unless otherwise stated.

The Offer does not apply to warranty replacements, replacement units, purchases from unauthorised resellers, cancelled orders, or orders that LYMA determines involve misuse of the Offer.

LYMA reserves the right to verify eligibility and cancel the Offer where misuse is suspected.

4. Retail Value of the Complimentary Kit

For disclosure purposes, the retail value of the Complimentary Kit will be the value displayed on the LYMA product page or at checkout at the time of purchase.

That disclosed value may be used for refund adjustments under Section 9 where applicable.

5. Delivery of the Complimentary Kit

The Complimentary Kit is fulfilled and shipped by Lola Health ("Lola"), an independent third-party provider.

Delivery timing is determined by Lola Health. LYMA is not responsible for dispatch, delivery timing, or shipping condition.

6. Nature of the Lola Health Test

6.1 Description

The Complimentary Kit is a health test kit provided by Lola Health.

Peak Insights 70 Blood Test – A comprehensive venous blood test measuring 70 critical biomarkers across 12 categories, including advanced cardiovascular, hormonal, metabolic, immune, thyroid, liver, kidney, and nutritional health markers. Sample collection is conducted by a certified phlebotomist (at-home visit or clinic appointment) or by arrangement with your own phlebotomist. Samples are analysed at UKAS-accredited, ISO 15189-certified laboratories. Results are reviewed by a doctor and are typically available within 2–5 working days of the laboratory receiving the sample.

TruHealth Epigenetic Test – A comprehensive at-home epigenetic test developed by TruDiagnostic that evaluates healthspan potential by analysing over 900,000 DNA methylation sites. The test generates 11 personalised health insights covering biological age, pace of ageing, organ-system ageing, disease risk, immune function, telomere length, and lifestyle exposures. Sample collection is performed at home using a finger-prick dried blood spot card. Samples are processed at TruDiagnostic's CLIA-certified laboratory in the United States. Results are delivered as a PDF report by email, typically within 2–3 weeks of the laboratory receiving the sample.

Estimated result timelines are determined by Lola Health and its laboratory partners and may vary.

6.2 Third-Party Terms

Use of the Complimentary Kit, including kit registration, account creation, sample collection, laboratory testing, and receipt of results, is governed by Lola Health's own terms and policies.

7. Third-Party Provider and Medical Disclaimer

The Complimentary Kit and testing services are provided entirely by Lola Health and its laboratory partners.

LYMA does not perform laboratory testing, provide medical advice, supervise Lola Health's services, or guarantee results.

The Lola Health test is intended for informational wellness purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice.

8. Offer Restrictions

The Complimentary Kit:

is personal to the purchaser
may not be transferred, resold, or redeemed for cash
may not be combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated
has no standalone cash value except for refund adjustment purposes in Section 9

If the qualifying LYMA purchase is cancelled, refunded, returned, or charged back, the Complimentary Kit may be forfeited or subject to refund adjustment under Section 9.

9. Returns, Cancellations, and Refunds

Returns and cancellations remain subject to LYMA's standard return policy except as modified below.

9.1 Cancellation before shipment of the Complimentary Kit

If the LYMA order is cancelled before the Complimentary Kit is dispatched, the kit will be cancelled and LYMA will process any applicable refund according to its standard return policy.

9.2 Complimentary Kit shipped but not used

If the LYMA order is cancelled or returned after the Complimentary Kit has been dispatched but before activation or use:

LYMA or Lola Health may request return of the kit unopened and unused where legally permitted.
If the kit is not returned, LYMA may deduct the disclosed retail value from the refund.

9.3 Complimentary Kit activated or used

Once the kit has been activated, registered, used, or a sample submitted for testing, the kit and related services are considered used and non-returnable.

If LYMA accepts return of the LYMA product in those circumstances, LYMA may deduct the retail value of the kit from the refund.

9.4 No standalone cash value

The Complimentary Kit has no standalone cash value payable to the customer.

9.5 Lola Health services

Issues relating to activation, eligibility, sample processing, laboratory analysis, or results delivery are governed by Lola Health's own terms and policies.

10. Changes, Withdrawal, and Force Majeure

LYMA reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw this Offer at any time subject to applicable law.

11. Data Privacy

Personal information collected in connection with this Offer will be processed according to LYMA's Privacy Policy.

By participating in this Offer you consent to LYMA sharing necessary fulfilment information with Lola Health.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LYMA is not responsible for the provision, quality, accuracy, or outcome of the Lola Health test.

LYMA's liability arising from this Offer will not exceed the amount paid for the qualifying LYMA product or the disclosed retail value of the Complimentary Kit where applicable.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

14. General

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between LYMA and the customer regarding this Offer.

If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
