Make Your Own Healthy Ice Cream With Lyma
We all have a sweet tooth, right? What if you could completely get your fix AND a serious health boost at the same time?
On LYMA’s travels we have often met our friends and taken meetings at Erewhon market in Los Angeles and one treat in particular always stole our attention. The Green Goddess ice cream.
If you’re not a big fan of swallowing capsules and the thought of 4 pills a day is scary, this ice cream - along with a variety of smoothies, yoghurts or shakes - can be the perfect conduit for the power of LYMA. You just sprinkle it on top!
Two of the absolute gems in this ice cream are spirulina and maca.
Spirulina contains a phytonutrient known as c-phycocyanin, which also gives it a deep green/blue colour. Research has suggested that this phytonutrient has potential benefits, including anti-inflammatory properties, oxidative stress protection and neuroprotective qualities.
As a caffeine-free, plant-based superfood, it's hard not to love Maca. Not only can Maca contribute to overall well-being, it can balance hormone levels, boost energy, and support a healthy libido. This versatile apoptogenic herb helps the body adapt and deal with different stressors so you can live a well-balanced life.
Sprinkling your LYMA supplement on top of the green goddess is a sure-fire way to really boost your mind, body and brain. Our patented formula contains the finest grades of ashwagandha, vitamin D and keratin to name but three.
This treat might well be the most expensive ice cream in the world - but it’s legacy on your health is priceless!
