I never normally bother to write reviews of products, but I have been meaning to write for some time about Lyma. After years of buying large numbers of expensive supplements to help me with chronic fatigue and then the onset of peri menopause, Lyma has literally changed everything. I had only been taking it for a few weeks when I started to feel better. I know, because I can feel it, that Lyma is supporting my body in a powerful way, and I know too that I have so much more stamina and energy than I did before. At the end of the day I still have energy, which never used to happen before Lyma. I feel altogether better, more robust and able to function every day. I sleep better and have fewer symptoms of peri menopause. I hope I will be able to continue to take Lyma forever, because it absolutely delivers what it promises and this is, quite frankly, so very rare in the world of "alternative" supplements. This is a very expensive product, but totally worth every penny for your health and wellbeing. My opinion anyway. I sleep better, my skin is better, and I am not as stressed. I would most definitely recommend.

So, I've been taking Lyma for over two months. I'm 64 years old. Seven months ago I had a tooth removed and replaced with a bridge. I had bad awful pain chewing on this bridge. The dentist and an endodontist could see not a reason for this severe pain. Recently, I noticed my pain has decreased by 95%. I believe I had prolong severe inflammation in this area and Lyma has reduced this inflammation. I believe Lyma has helped me so much and no further dental intervention is need at this time!
