Payment & Returns

When will my refund be processed?

Assuming item(s) are in good condition we will process your refund on receipt. Refunds are made to your original payment method and, depending on your payment issuers policies, should be credited to your account within 10 days.

How do I return an item?

This returns policy applies to products bought directly from our website. If you have purchased products from anywhere else then please contact them directly. We are happy to refund or exchange any product returned within 14 days of purchase, if it is returned in its original state, unused and in original packaging. Please contact concierge@lyma.life to arrange to return your item.

How to claim a refund.

We sincerely hope you will be happy with any product you purchase from LYMA.life. If you are not satisfied you can return within 14 days to LYMA Life Ltd for a full refund. Our team at concierge@lyma.life is on hand to help answer any queries you may have.

If I’m not happy with my LYMA products can I get a refund?

We sincerely hope you will be happy with any product you purchase from LYMA. If you find you’re not getting on with it for any reason, you can return within 14 days to LYMA Life Ltd for a full refund.

What payment options do you accept? 

We accept all major credit, debit cards and Apple Pay. We do not accept PayPal.

Splitit

Will a credit search take place?

No, Splitit uses your existing credit, there are no applications or credit checks that affect your credit score.



What if I have a problem with my LYMA Laser and I've paid with Splitit?

Don't worry if you have any issues our usual policies apply, we can issue partial refunds or replacements. Contact our Concierge team and they will be able to help you.

Am I eligible for Splitit instalments?

Splitit is available for those who hold a valid credit card with the credit required available on their card. For more information on how the service works please visit Splitit.



How many payments will there be?

You now have the option to either pay in full for your LYMA Laser, or choose 3, 4, 5 or 6 monthly instalments.



How does Splitit work?

Splitit lets you use your existing credit to turn your payment into smaller instalments over time - with no interest, application, or fees.
