When will my refund be processed?

Assuming item(s) are in good condition we will process your refund on receipt. Refunds are made to your original payment method and, depending on your payment issuers policies, should be credited to your account within 10 days.

How do I return an item?

This returns policy applies to products bought directly from our website. If you have purchased products from anywhere else then please contact them directly. We are happy to refund or exchange any product returned within 14 days of purchase, if it is returned in its original state, unused and in original packaging with the hygiene seal unbroken. If I’m not happy with my LYMA products can I get a refund?

All LYMA products are proven to deliver results. LYMA Concierge are here to advise you on how to get the best out of your LYMA journey, tailoring your routine to your desired outcome and providing a helping hand along the way. We advise you to take advantage of this and contact concierge@lyma.life.

What payment options do you accept? 

We accept all major credit, debit cards and Apple Pay. We also accept Splitit for the LYMA Laser. We do not accept PayPal.

Am I able to purchase more than one-month supply for delivery at one time?

Yes, you are able to order Supplement Starter Kits in various sizes for convenience, and refill packs in sizes up to 360 days supply. You can buy LYMA Skincare refill packs in 30 or 60 day sizes.

No, Splitit uses your existing credit, there are no applications or credit checks that affect your credit score.

How can I pay for the LYMA Laser?

You now have the option to either pay in full for your LYMA Laser, or through Splitit you have the option to pay in 3, 4, 5 or 6 monthly instalments.

What if I have a problem with my LYMA Laser and I've paid with Splitit?

Don't worry if you have any issues our usual policies apply, we can issue partial refunds or replacements. Contact our Concierge team and they will be able to help you.
