"Data from the US Institute of Health Metrics and Evaluation show, unequivocally, that dysnutrition is the most important cause of early death today. Well-designed supplements are what is needed to plug this gap; and a more responsible food industry."Dr Paul Clayton PhD, Clinical Pharmacologist and Pharmaco-nutritionist

Supplements are largely designed to provide nutrients and vitamins that people might otherwise be missing out on. LYMA, however, is designed to give your body nutrients it simply cannot get via a balanced diet.
Most supplements are placebos: the science behind many is dubious or outdated, and the variants of ingredients included are inconsistent in amounts, or in versions that our bodies cannot actually absorb. The LYMA Supplement uses a combination of proven, patented ingredients that are included in optimum dosages, in their most bioavailable forms, backed up by peer-reviewed studies.
Yes. Vitamin D is a vital nutrient that many are deficient in, as the main way we receive it is through sunlight. Vitamin D supplementation is widely advised, but the quality of these supplements varies widely. This is in part because Vitamin D is best taken alongside Vitamin K2, which allows for it to be distributed effectively and prevents build-ups of calcium in unwanted parts of the body. LYMA’s patented forms of Vitamin D and Vitamin K2 are the best around, proven in clinical trials to be the most efficacious and bioavailable forms of both ingredients, and are included at the optimum levels.
Supplements won’t help you with increasing oxygen in blood. Diet is a much more effective system for doing this: focus on eating things that are rich in iron and nitrates like meat, dark leafy vegetables, garlic, cabbage, nuts and seeds.
Turmeric has a long history as a wonder root, but drinking a turmeric latte, or taking an organic turmeric supplement completely fails to deliver turmeric’s properties. LYMA uses a patented extract called HydroCurc®, a particularly bioavailable version of turmeric’s most valued compound, curcumin. In this form, its many benefits will be made accessible to your body.
A supplement shouldn’t be taken because it the effect of making you lose weight. LYMA, however, does tackle many of the issues that exacerbate unhealthy choices. By sleeping better, improving your mood and your ability to engage in physical activity you will undoubtedly promote a healthier lifestyle and diet.

So, I've been taking Lyma for over two months. I'm 64 years old. Seven months ago I had a tooth removed and replaced with a bridge. I had bad awful pain chewing on this bridge. The dentist and an endodontist could see not a reason for this severe pain. Recently, I noticed my pain has decreased by 95%. I believe I had prolong severe inflammation in this area and Lyma has reduced this inflammation. I believe Lyma has helped me so much and no further dental intervention is need at this time!

I have felt lots of benefits using the supplements and I’m enjoying LYMA. I am peri menopausal and have found my hair and skin have been better, I’m getting a good night’s sleep and I feel more alert and have lots more energy. I’m much happier in myself so thank you.

The benefits I get from the supplements are around mood - they help keep me balanced and also energetic. Which is great as I exercise everyday at 5 am for an hour and then work a lot!
