How do I know if a clinical trial should be trusted?
If an ingredient isn’t backed by peer-reviewed clinical evidence, then there is a good reason. It hasn’t met the criteria.
You’ll often see the words ‘clinically tested’ attached to wellness products. What this actually means is that a company has paid to conduct a private clinical trial. These results cannot be trusted. The industry doesn’t trust these results, and neither should you.
On the other hand, peer-reviewed studies, are published and reviewed medical journals. This is the gold standard that the medical profession fully supports. This is why we only use peer-reviewed ingredients. This is transparent evidence-based nutrition, and this is why LYMA is so different to the rest of the supplement industry.
