We’ve made it very simple to change your LYMA membership and switch your subscription settings to your needs. Simply visit the LYMA website where you can log in and select your Account to order refills or start a new subscription.

Choose auto-replenishment when you buy your Laser PRO for a saving of 30% every month (£415, $576 or €510). Each delivery consists of a 50ml refill of LYMA Cream, 50ml refill of LYMA Serum, 2x30ml LYMA Mist and 2x50ml LYMA Glide.

It is possible for both your subscriptions to renew on the same date but at the moment we're unable to ship these together.

To change your address for future orders you can do this in your account. If you go to 'My subscriptions' and 'Update' you can amend your address for future renewals.

Yes. You are able to pause your LYMA Supplement or Skincare subscription for up to two months, following the minimum commitment of three delivery cycles. To pause, simply sign into your online account at www.lyma.life/my-account/ and select the option to pause under ‘My subscription’.

LYMA offers international shipping worldwide and covers the cost of import tax and duties on all products, to all countries.

Adding a subscription is simple. Please sign in to your LYMA account and click ‘start’ under ‘My subscriptions’. Your subscription can be paused through 'My Account' or cancelled at any time by contacting concierge@lyma.life

Yes, you are able to purchase a LYMA Starter Kit without a subscription by opting for the ‘one-off purchase’ on the buy page. Then when you are ready to subscribe or buy refill packs you can log into your account and then benefit from member pricing.
